I will be exploring the city on this day. Please dm me or email me at ecsanchez98@icloud.com if you have any suggestions!

It has been a crazy hectic week, but I have had some amazing people to help me prepare for this weekend. I would specifically like to thank WinQ Lash Bar for helping me get all glammed up for #NewYorkLashinWeek. I have never gotten eyelash extensions before, so I was ecstatic when WinQ Lash Bar asked me to show off their lashes at NYFW. If you are in the Boston area and you want to get your lashes done as well, make an appointment and use my code ELISE25 for 25% off your service. I am so obsessed with my new lashes and I am definitely going back again!

I cannot wait to be in New York and see some outstanding fashion! Thank you for all of your support!

My Winter Essentials

Winter is my absolute favorite season to dress up for and now I get to shop for some real winter clothes this year. Here are a few of my favorite clothing and accessory trends and where to buy them. (Click the titles to go find where to buy these items).

Faux Fur Coat

So far I have bought 3 faux fur coats… I know, I don’t need three but I just love them so much. I got my coats from Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, and Boohoo all for under $70. They are perfect for a fancy night out or to simply dress up an outfit. And fur coats just make you feel automatically confident!

Newsboy hat

Newsboy hats have become my favorite new accessory. They are stylish and will keep you warm during the winter. They are perfect for that bad hair day or one of those days when you want to dress up but don’t feel like putting on makeup. These hats are an effortless way to be trendy and this hat was ONLY $8.99 on Amazon…

Striped Wide Leg Pant

I have become obsessed with patterned pants thanks to one of my super stylish suitemates (Love you, Britt). The pants that I bought were under $20 at Forever 21 and they have a huge collection of pants. The pants below are only $16 (linked above). These pants are versatile for all weather types. For warmer weather pair them with a crop top and for colder weather pair them with a cute sweater. I personally love wearing these pants with my cropped turtleneck sweater.

Steve Madden Patent Leather Boots

Steve Madden is my absolute favorite shoe store. I have never been much of a combat boot girl but I fell in love with these boots. These boots are amazing for the winter but also can be worn during warmer weather too. They look cute with jeans but I also love wearing them with casual skirts and dresses too. These are also only $60 (over 50% off) right now!!

Hooded Feather Cardigan

This impulse buy was one of the greatest decisions of my life. For only $30 at Express I got this hooded cardigan that feels like I’m basically wearing a blanket. I will wear this cardigan with leggings and a basic tee for a more casual outfit or I will also dress it up with jeans and a cute top. It is my new favorite lazy-day sweater and so cozy in this chilly weather.

Gold Hoop Earrings

My everyday jewelry now consists of gold hoops. They can complete almost any outfit and work with so many hairstyles. I got my hoops for $1.50 at Primark, but they are available at many other stores for cheap. Hoops are perfect for casual everyday wear and for going out.

Adidas Track Pants

I have never been one to wear sweatpants but now I have fallen in love with my Adidas track pants. I have a wide-leg and jogger pair of pants. They are perfect for that “athletic-chic” look. I love wearing my pants with cropped hoodies (there are tons of cute ones at Brandy Melville and Forever 21) and my favorite athletic shoes.  These pants can be found at urban outfitters, Macy’s, or athletic stores.

Black Leather Loafers

Loafers have become a part of my everyday outfits. They instantly dress up an outfit and are perfect to throw on when you are rushing out the door. There are many inexpensive versions of this show but I would recommend investing money in a good pair of loafers. I have a pair of Steve Madden loafers that I am in love with and they are so durable.

Street Styles Perfect for Summer & Fall

Here a few of my favorite looks and tips so you can conquer street style this Summer and Fall.

IMG_9039.JPG“Sweat-skirt” – This is absolutely the most comfortable skirt I have ever worn. I call it my “sweat-shirt” because it’s close to a sweatshirt material and has an athletic feel. It is a prime example of Athleisure and is perfect to dress up or down (I personally love pairing it with a crop top). And to top things off, it was only $10 at H&M!!!

Platform Sneakers- For a while, I was searching for the perfect pair of dressy sneakers and I came across these Steve Madden platform sneakers and had to buy them in two colors. These shoes are very comfortable even with the tall platform. I also love that I gain a few inches with these shoes, without feeling like I’m wearing heels.  (I am only 5’4 after all). Click here to find these sneakers.

IMG_9017.JPGGraphic Tees- A good graphic tee is my weakness. They’re perfect for a casual lazy day or you can wear them out and just throw on some booties to dress up the outfit. My secret to finding the perfect graphic tee is to search in the Men’s sections in stores. Don’t be afraid! I would highly recommend searching for graphic tees in the men’s forever 21 section, which is where I find the majority of my tees.

Bomber Jackets- Bomber Jackets are very versatile and are the perfect quick addition to any street wear outfit. Every time I travel on a plane, I make sure to bring a bomber jacket with me because not only are they super comfortable they also make the perfect pillow. I recently purchased a short sleeve bomber jacket that I am in love with! It was only $16 at Nordstrom Rack.

IMG_9040.JPGBody Suit- Body suits are staple pieces that everyone should have in their closet. I highly recommend having a black and white simple body suit. Pair bodysuits with skirts, shorts, or even jeans to achieve a flawless “tucked in” look. For bodysuits, I would look for them at fast fashion stores such as H&M, Zara, and Forever 21.

IMG_9021.JPGSlip on Vans- Vans are a wardrobe must have! Even though these shoes may seem “so middle school”, you’re really never too old to have a pair of vans. I personally love these shoes because they are perfect for when you’re in a rush and need a pair of shoes to slip on.

Black Baseball Hat- I have never been one to wear hats but after I purchased this black leather hat, I have quickly become a major fan. This item is also one of my “go to airport items”. If you’re not in the mood to wear makeup or fix your hair, throw on your black baseball cap to instantly add to your outfit.

I am very picky with my workout gear and to be completely honest I was scared that I wouldn’t like everything that came in the box. But immediately after I opened my Ellie box, I fell in love with each and every piece.
